St Brigid's PS
This two Storey extension was completed within a 5-month period and involved extensive alterations to the school. This included provision of a lift, new hygiene room and toilet facilities. Further internal alterations included the installation of 3 platform lifts, window and door replacements along with all associated structural and M&E installations.

St Patricks Nursery & Academy
The works undertaken at St Patricks Nursery included internal alterations, replacement windows and a new, enlarged canopy. At St Patricks Academy McKelvey Construction completed repairs to the flat roof, walls and installed replacement windows.

Magee COLLEGE CAMPUS
McKelvey Construction was commissioned to deliver refurbishment works at two of the University of Ulster’s campuses, completed within a 6 weeks period in 2013. At the Coleraine campus McKelvey Construction refurbished the kitchen and replaced the flooring in the kitchen and living areas of Student accommodation Block R6 and R7. The works at the Magee campus comprised the refurbishment of showers and the replacement of existing carpet in communal areas, as well as decoration works to student accommodation Coppin House.

WELB Roofing Contracts

Project Description
This Project involved the demolition of the existing, 1960’s War Memorial, Sports Pavilion and gym facility and replacement with a new two storey sports pavilion. The new state of the art building includes changing/toilet facilities and an additional upper-floor of multipurpose space with a dance/drama studio and offices. The new complex also included a full-size gymnasium, an Astro turf hockey pitch with spectator areas, fencing & floodlighting and a Long Jump facility. The project also included new viewing galleries and balconies looking out over the front pitches.
